1. I really hate Rongqing. He is getting on my nerves. I want to see his downfall. He is very over-confident.
   I want to see his face when Rong declare that she is pregnant with Pei’s child(a little wish, please writer fulfill it).

2. Everyone thinks Su RongQing is trying to identify talents for his family to groom as allies. He is filing complaints and plotting against Pei and Li Rong.

3. omg li Rong girl enough! get up!!! she ain’t even gotta accept pei but this su door needs to shut! thankfully pei’s jealousy is always entertaining lol, or else.

   if su deposes the cp and gets him killed, how does he imagine the love of his life will feel? he overestimates himself and his control over that consort and the whole situation. even with all the knowledge and experience the leads have between them they’ve still been struggling since they came back, not to talk of him alone.

4. The more I think about it, Rongqing may definitely use this opportunity with Rou later as a way to support pushing Cheng forward as he definitely would not want Chuan to become emperor again. Now he’s gathering up allegiances with scholars from early! Rong’s powers also directly conflicts with the protection of his family and other nobles, so he may have to do something about that too. And he clearly opposed her establishing the Inspectorate from day one. The last thing he wants is to see the imperial siblings continue to gain more power and authority now that they are on the same side.

   If he keeps interfering this way, instead of preventing what happened to his family back then, he better be careful not to overstep and think himself too clever as he may end up being the root cause of the Su`s downfall this time.

5. WenXuan and that erhu level did me in 😂😂😂… I was in tears the way he just came in outta nowhere, had everyone looking at him like what the? Omg his possessive pettiness is peak S-rank 🥇. But seriously, Rongqing needs to chill; he is out of line so bad here…

   And to top it off, Consort Rou is already pushing up her children to gain recognition and tie in to a powerful family now that Rong and Chuan are not favorably seen by the nobles. When the emperor asked Cheng if he could defeat his brother, that was not a slight question. Chulan got showed up as the odd sibling out because of Rong intervening, but she had to do something to cut through the underhanded set up Rou put in play. The fact that Huale asked Rongqing for a qin lesson was no coincidence, they clearly want to tie with the Su`s. He had an out but Rongqing and his thirsty-ass just had to throw himself in anyway, ugh… really starting to piss me off and he’s gonna get worse, I just know it.

6. We are given scenes of Su family execution and his castration, and we are expected to be sympathetic to Su’s plans and reasons for killing Li Chuan. But, I feel his biggest motivation is that the power, allows him to openly marry Li Rong as he strongly believe she loves him. He disregarded Su’s family principle of not supporting people in lower caste level (which include people like Concubine Rou or Pei or humble background) to the throne.

7. Pei was very upset with the Princess for intervening Concubine Rou’s plan to betroth her daughter to Su RongQing. Pei was happy to let the marriage between Hua Le and Su occur.

   Princess and RongQing played a perfect rendition on the war melody, both recalling their memories previous battles.
   He was so jealous that he had to change the mood. He failed grab the suona (Chinese trumpet) but the erhu. He changed the war tempo and the mood. But, everyone liked it because it was refreshingly different interpretation.

   Prince Cheng his sister Hua Le were very upset, the audience praised the talents of Li Rong, Pei and Su. They omitted the other 2.
