3. Perhaps, I am not looking from the right perspective, but I find SJ’s mother (SY?) to be a dislikable character more often than not. Regarding the tenant arrangement, all of that could have been settled at the outset if they had discussed their expectations etc.

4. I am happy that SJ is finally airing her frustrations like a well adjusted human. Positive sign that she is coming out of her depressive episode. Hopefully she will also come fully into her personality now that she is away from that toxic household and NY for the time being. Also as always, the sentiment is that NY can go to hell. And I really hope for once that a shit person like NY doesnt have a redemption arc. Let her go to the deepest corner of hell…

5. At least one thing about SJ is revealed to WR family, that she doesn’t have a mother.
   Now SJ will open up more, frankly I had enough of her depression.
