3. Her besties relationship is doomed to fail I think. I get that he is trying to be responsible for their future and trying to get her to realize for herself that money actually has a meaning. But, he is also failing to realize that she grew up loaded and barring extreme cases will die loaded as well. You can’t expect anyone to completely change to your economic standards overnight, especially when there isn’t a reason to and they are living within their means.

   He doesn’t get that her spending 6k on a date is the same as him spending 6 yuan on a date. The price is such a nonissue to her means and she was just wanting to have a new experience with him.

   Imagine the reverse. If she was complaining to him because he didn’t have money she would be the villain. They can easily set boundaries where they both are happy as long as they are willing to compromise a bit.

4. The start of Tangs crush, I get. If someone saves you from getting seriously hurt, gaining feelings towards that person makes sense. But her thinking that was the start of THEIR story and meant the same to him as it did to her is just delusional
