  1. At this stage halfway to the ending, I believed that there will be no resurrection of DJ. I think it will continue forward with idiotic DJ still having a Diarrhea Mouth and running to tell SR to ask SR to confess to her dad’s murder every time she has some little evidence. Likewise salivating YH will keep helping DJ to catch SR. Why I say there will be no resurrection?? If I remember correctly, there was a scream before DJ fell into the water. And while she was floating, her thoughts were to stay alive for her DAD and SONG YI. If she’s thinking of SY, it means she still has not found out that WANG ANNA is her biological daughter.

  2. I have never done gel nails before so I don’t know if it is a norm to keep old or disposed the worn nails when the gals have outgrew the design or get another new design. But then again if you have lost one of the nails, wouldn’t you just throw the remaining away when you get a new set? Anyways back to DJ, if she ever use the gel nail as an evidence, it is ever so easy for SR to just says that DJ stole and planted the nail to frame her, ja oder nein?

  3. the policeman was such an asshole like all other police.

he was even asking DJ back stupid questions

  4. I don’t understand why DJ acted as if she hit the jackpot by finding SR’s other nails… that is not concrete evidence… the nail could’ve been lost prior to her dad’s death… unless maybe they kept her dad’s clothes from that day & can prove SR’s DNA was on his clothes or CCTV from some nearby building or vehicle.

  5. I know its only a drama and its a written script but DOES KNOW ONE RECORD there conversations with sus people like come on i like this show more than elegant empire

  6. Even though I don’t think DJ is the sharpest pencil in the box-at least she went to the police first with her evidence. Perhaps if the police had accepted her evidence and reopened the case DJ would not have rushed to tell SR about it. In any case I hope we don’t see this type of behavior from her again. Showing her hand to her enemy is never a good move.

Anyways it looks like that downing scene from episode 1 might happen sooner than I thought. SR has been losing constantly to DJ, and with DJ now looking for evidence to put SR in prison and SR and her mother getting kicked out of her grandmother’s house/restaurant, I can’t see SR holding out for much longer. She’s going to get desperate soon and when she does she will try to kill DJ.

The only thing I am unsure of is how long will DJ remain dead for. In episode 1, even though she fell into the water- she didn’t look gravely injured. She wasn’t shot or bleeding from the head or anything and her arms and legs looked fine. Honestly it looked like she could probably swim her way out and be home by that night… which makes me wonder if DJ will actually stay dead for a while and we get a 3-7 year time jump or will she come back the very next day with a killing intent for SR.

Whether she comes back after a couple of years with a different identity for revenge, or she comes back the next day as herself determined to destroy SR and SC- either way works for me. It’s not like she can fool anyone anyways, (she already had a “pretty woman” makeover so unless she comes back as a frumpy fat janitor- everyone will recognize her… plus she will still be close to YH- who everyone at BB already knows is interested in DJ.)

  7. Such crappy writer/s this kdrama has! They think the viewers have very low IQ as them.

  8. ⚠ Spoilers Ahead!

More displays of police stupidity! The handkerchief and nail gel gave probable cause to reopen the investigation but the police detective just told Da-Jung to get more concrete evidence. Isn’t that the job of the police?

CLAP CLAP CLAP Se-Ran broke down before Da-Jung and confessed to her crime of killing her dad when she had confronted her with the nail gel. Well, that was what Da-Jung had imagined in her two-cell brain when she confronted Da-Jung. Of course, Se-Ran denied everything and threatened her with the loss of custody of Song-Yi if she persisted with these accusations.

One positive was that Da-Jung confided in Yo-Yo and she should have done this without revealing her cards to Da-Jung. With some uncanny, uncoordinated moves they managed to retrieve another piece of the same nail gel from Se-Ran’s room. So what next? Did she rush to the police, accompanied by a lawyer? No, she had this hare-brained scheme to send a wreath to Se-Ran with the words R.I.P and Song Ye-Yi. What that will accomplish, I am at a loss.

Meanwhile, Da-Jung’s biological mom’s memory, Noel, aka Hae-Il, may be returning, triggered by the sight of a teddy bear. I am sure in these 20 years she may have seen lots of teddy bears, including in Paris, New York, wherever, but suddenly the one in a mall in Korea made her remember. Must be th Korean air and the smell of kimchi.

Friends with benefits, just spit it out Je-Guk. That was what he was after but was afraid to say to Noel. Just friends, my arse. A man and woman cannot be just friends, menopause or not.

Funny, the preview showed Se-Ran and her mom being kicked out by that old fart, Mdm. Bo-Bae. I think I am hallucinating. What happened to Dae-Jung’s drowning scene in episode 1? Did I imagine all these, in a state of going insane?

  9. Da Jung needs to die since she can’t keep secrets to herself without confronting the culprit. Maybe when she comes back again she’ll have some senses. I’m glad the old lady kicked SeRan and her mom out of her house.
