1. I keep thinking if the 7th Miss was not there who could have sacrificed to go help them? And if 7th Miss, the heiress as they say was not there in the family, the 3rd brother also would not have batted an eyelid for them Luo family. So these leads are now involved with each other helping and supporting each other, either to lie for or to help manage the wounds or looking out for each other behind their backs. Whatever the case, the have got an ally in place whether they trust each other yet or not.
   It’s warming up, little by little ♨︎👍🏽

2. Cave scene with a shirtless brother?? Ewww… and that Grandma’s erratic heart is a convenient constraint on FL, she not only has to deal with the machinations of the wh0res but fi-fi’s of that ancient dodo (who honestly is not very helpful, she didn’t even raise the FL)

3. Every time her so called “father” uttered the word “reputation”, I fantasized about how it would look if he was castrated and paraded around in the streets. I’m sure it would be a sight to behold, with his precious “reputation” lost. It was appalling to see how he didn’t give a damn about his own daughter’s life or his own mother’s life. All he cared was about his “reputation” aka his “ego”. His concubine is able to manipulate him because he himself is a selfish a**hole with ulterior motives and his conscience is non-existent.

   I really love the FL’s character here. She doesn’t take sh*t from anyone and speaks her mind. I think she is the most balanced FL I’ve seen in a while now. She is strong, yet amicable. She is not “in your face” kind-of strong like other FLs that I’ve seen lately, and that’s very refreshing to me.

4. Visuals are striking and the main leads have a pretty good chemistry.
   I love the FL’s maid and the guy, the subordinate. they are intelligent and the girl has some unexpected martial skills.
   Im not a fan of household’s affairs but the characters are kinda of funny.
   I wonder how it will be revealed that Yining and the Third Brother are not siblings.

5. she’s making him care more about the luo family, pretty sure he wouldn’t have lifted a finger to help the grandma if she wasn’t there.
   that hussy lady qiao is so comically evil 😂😂 she really bought a coffin and prepped the funeral while the poor woman was still alive!
