   – So let me get this straight. She got injured & Duke Su decided the best spot to treat her wound was up on the theater… I guess they might as well be romantic. LOL!
   – C-drama families man. Even when you’re trying to escape 1 family’s problems you get involved in another. LOL!

3. I knew Yurong and the princess were sleeping together but seeing it… ewww it grossed me out how he could still do it with her after claiming he,loved his wife so so much. And FINALLY more screentime for Duke Su and Jiang Li, now the love will blossom between them ?

4. THIS EPISODE WAS EVERYTHING AND MORE. HE TOOK HER ON A DAAAATE (yes, I’m delusional and yes, he had ulterior motives but that’s beside the point, THEY STILL WENT OUT AND SHE TOOK A SWORD FOR HIM). AND WHEN SHE WAS INJURED HE CRADLED HER IN HIS ARMS ? and she held onto him because she felt safe there

   And look at how he looks at her when she isn’t looking ?

   And when he was interrogating the assassin that stabbed Xue Fangfei he literally was like “carve ‘play’ into her face and cripple her feet” and then one of his guards was like “usually he wants to put on an act and interrogate them all day” BUT NOT THIS TIME BC SHE STABBED HIS LADYYYY and he wants her to PAY for it ??I’m LIVING for his violent tendencies??plz this entire episode had be giggling and kicking my feet.

   And now they’re also both going to Luyang so I predict that she’s gonna be in some sort of danger and he is gonna save her again SWOON? or maybe they’re going to plot together and save the Ye family? who knows ?and when she was riding past the tea house on her way to Luyang, she looked up on the balcony to see if he was there ??? she’s starting to fall for him too???

   Also every time that guard of Duke Su’s jumps and flips off of the tea house roof, the music absolutely sends me, he is so silly ?? and speaking of the music, the soundtrack is SO GOOD. whenever she’s brought back to the memory of when Shen put her in the pit, the music really makes it feel so sinister. Very well thought out.

   AND WHY DID IT END ON A CLIFFHANGER WHEN WE ONLY GOT ONE EPISODE TODAY?! my fragile heart can’t take this.

7. I know he doesn’t have a choice but ugh, how can Yu Rong stomach sleeping with the princess?! Lmao, it tickles me how Jiang Li bluntly lets Duke Su know they’re not friends and any time with him is a transaction XD I love that it irked him too <3 Jiang Nainai is the best, aside from birthing a grown a$$ man who can’t decipher right from wrong in his own family.
