The acting is good, ML has such an amazing aura mature, clever, rich, ect I’m in love!! Sr. Lin is also so good looking and I love his acting
FL is really pretty and her acting is perfect for the character

Omg the way Mi Lan is just walking around his house and he’s hiding for no reason XD I think she knew he was in the bathroom the moment she found the bathtub faucet, coz she was shocked and ran out.

I know Li is just doing all this to survive, and he’s not completely evil. But I feel that he might be the one who will be sacrificed in the end. And the character of Miss Jin isn’t quite growing on me. I thought she was okay at first, but sometimes I can understand how suffocated Li feels when Miss Jin is around. She’s talking and acting like a spoiled rich girl, constantly claiming that Li can only belong to the Jin family. From her tone, it’s hard not to feel the way Li felt—that he’s a lapdog no matter where he is.

So I went back to check the first episode coz I forgot what power the Mu family has. The stone they game mind-controlling powers. But the armored guys seemed to have certain powers too and not just being mind-controlled.

In an earlier episode, the fortune-telling guy is from the Mo family. The one who had to overcome ordeals to gain the strongest power. He mentioned that he doesn’t know if the stone, which Mr. Shen’s aunt got her powers from, is now in the hands of his aunt Wei Qiu or in the hands of the Mu family.

IF the Mu family has gotten the stone, that could explain how Miss Mu trained those men, coz they were fast and strong, just like Mr. Shen. But the fortune teller said the Wei family would die without the stone….so does that mean Wei Qiu has been captured by the Mu family, or she could already be dead? Also, it’s said the Mu family was cursed and won’t live passed 30….so is Miss Mu after Mr. Shen now because she wants his blood, hoping it could break the curse?

In this episode, they also mentioned the legend of the Butterfly Lovers…is that a foreshadow for a BE… 🥲 but Mi Lan said she would change the ending, so will they have a happy ending?? But seeing the closing montage, I know there are gonna be really sad parts waiting for us.
