Royal Feast (2022)

Synopsis: Royal Feast (2022)  is a Chinese historcial drama set during the Ming Dynasty, when the empire enjoys a time of peace and prosperity, and attracts countless ambassadors from different kingdoms. In order to entertain them properly, the Yongle Emperor (Yu Rong Guang) issues a decree that any woman with cooking skills can enter the palace and join the set of royal chefs. After many rounds, Yao Zi Jin ( Wu Jin Yan ) becomes part of the food bureau.

The girl meets Liu Xing Qiao, who was born a beggar, and Su Yue Hua ( Wang Chu Ran ), a genius cook. Their presence rekindles her interest in cooking as all three put their heart and soul into creating innovative dishes and ingeniously integrating Chinese medicine into delicious delicacies.

Through Yao Zi Jin’s own efforts, she gradually rises through the ranks, and at this time, her love story with the young prince Zhu Zhang Ji ( Xu Kai ) begins.
