  7. the starting of the ep = all of them being fluffy and nice but when i saw the fl crying and the sfl deciding that she will not date the sml omg my heart……. then fl and ml doing the kiss then this jerk of a couple ahn woojae and his wife chimed in and destroyed the moment for s.couple and then FL FOUND THAT ML IS THE FOSTER CHILD OHHH MYYY GOODDD AND NOW THE PREVIEW

  9. what is wrong with the actors these days??? y can’t they kiss properly??? they convince the person they love to love them back with all their might, they muster up courage and confess, and then they kiss as they’re getting assaulted, like, y???? what on earth was that??

    same was the case with them….

    and even for this scene, had it not been for Shin min ah, even this kiss would’ve been a disaster, cz sorry but no sorry, this boy can’t kiss, he just can’t….

  10. even if she’s demented and is sick and is pitiful, I still can’t forgive this mother, she neglected her own child, didn’t care about her feelings and emotions, deprived her of the care, attention and love she deserved and had all the right on, and even after her dementia, she only remembers her Foster kids, and even if she remembers Hae yeong, she does that in front of her Foster kids, never in front of Hae yeong herself….Gosh i felt for the girl, the craving in her eyes for her mother’s one look was heartbreaking 💔…..I know she helped many kids and their lives changed for gud because of her kindness, but neglecting your own child and not respecting their emotions, I can’t entertain that….

  12. I am very, very happy with this drama, especially with the FL. She is a strong woman, who knows what she wants and who does not back down from life’s difficulties, nor does she fall into the moralistic nonsense of what others might think.
    He is someone you can count on in life, and the truth is that is very good.
    I love the chemistry of the second couple.
    And the secretary’s fatherly advice, I hope it reaches the CEO. It wouldn’t hurt for him to make his own path instead of doing what his mother tells him.

    why the father is back …. knowing the past I am so sad ….these type of people should be executed…why he come back ?? What he wants …
    i can’t wait for next episode I hope yeon be safe ….

    the jiuk is making mistakes again and again I hope they give a proper past explanation….

    the 3rd couple seems confusing what she want to do ….I really can’t understand their story…

    and as this drama coming to end it’s getting more and more intresting and the kiss bw the both the couple is so good ….😍

This drama is PERFECT, I wasnt expecting much from it when it was announced but it has been giving me everything, I am obsessed with it, all characters are so nice and the two main couples are LOVELY, what an amazing cast <3 my heart is so full of happiness and joy while watching it, the last time I felt like this was watching Lovely Runner <3

  18. This episode is driving me wild—it’s such an emotional roller coaster! I was laughing at the beginning, then suddenly found myself in tears. But overall, it was such a relief. <3

  21. Day 31 of fangirling Son hyeyoung. I have never liked any character this much.♥️
    haeyong and jiuk scene was hot and jayeon and bokgyu scene was cute. These 2 couples are perfect balance in show but ending was sad.
    btw cha huiseong’s bf is good as a person it was weird lol
    this drama I’m definitely gonna watch it again

  24. Literally everything about this drama is great. The characters, the dynamics, the dialogues, the details, the comedy… This is the first time I’ve watched a drama where I even like the “bad guys” in a way (I guess because of that comical approach to things). When you look closely, all the characters in this drama are quite tragic, but this comedic component gives a lighthearted tone to everything… If I didn’t laugh so much, I think I would cry at most scenes, especially the ones with Ji Wook and Ja Yeon.

    Hae-Young’s mother is the heroine of this drama, a woman who deserves all the respect in the world. She gave her whole self to abandoned children whom life did not spare and adults did not want, and she ended up with an illness that made her a lonely child.

    Yesterday I said that I think Ja Yeon’s father killed Hae Yeong’s father and after today’s episode I am even more convinced of that.

  25. I take back everything that I said yesterday. I love this drama. its the best thing in my life currently (sad I know).

    Son Hae Young is my new favourite Female Leaf (of all times)!!! I wanna be her so bad.
    He character is so well written and so well performed
    – Absolute badass- ✓-She has seen so much shit that nothing fazes her anymore. Horrible boss who demoted her. – is now afraid of her.
    – Quick thinker and witty- ✓- her response to that ex yesterday- chef’s kiss.
    – Good at her work- ✓this is something that I look for in all the leads. – you gotta be good at your work.
    – Knows her worth and is not easily intimidated- ✓- I mean everybody is afraid of her.
    – Kindhearted- ✓
    – has had an emo ( I think) phase- ✓

    We also got a small sibling like moment between Ji Hyuk and Ja Young – something that I have been praying for from the start (even though I have only ever seen clips of penthouse on YouTube)- even though it was just a Subway product placement.

    Also the President and Nam Ja Yeon are soooooo cute. They are so similar and sooooo made for each other. I bet the scene from the office about the picky eater is also going to be there in the spin-off.

  27. Spiciest & cutest episode all at the same time 🤗… It’s ok if this is unpopular but too often we fall into this culture of being overly critical on a piece that isn’t even complete… Yes, we’ve had some bad projects every now and again but still, just trust the process.
    No one should be hungry from eating their words from yesterday 🫠

  28. Son Hae Young is a breath of fresh air as a character (not just as a FL). She is a go-getter; she knows her worth and doesn’t let anyone walk over her. She may have been introduced as an opportunist at the start (I mean get the bag Gurl) but that’s not all that she is. She’s caring, daring and is ready to do anything to protect the people she loves❣️❣️

  31. Usually all the effort is gone to write ML that we would swoon on. No kdrama writer has written a female lead character like Son Hae Young! Love her.

    I do not recall a dramaland couple that resolve fight/misunderstanding as fast as these 2. Now that his secret is out, from the preview I can tell they are not going to take a long time this time too.
