1. He’s like a guilty husband making sure the coast is cleared before sneaking into the house.

   I love the adult conversation atmosphere between these two. Grownups with their experiences and mature pov have relatable wisdom. I’m glad that they understand and respect each other. No pressure or further convincing to make change to their current comfortable life. Moving forward.

   Ishida does not have much screen time in this episode. But it was necessary for Mitsuya sensei and his ex Noguchi-san talk and have closure to their pending relationship which is over now.

2. I quite like the gentle pace of this series…and also how real it feels. Its refreshing that it has a much older man as a protagonist….I love how BL dramas are evolving these days to move away from the usual tropes, with diverse plots and characters, while maintaining their BL core.

   The two week gap between the last episode and this one was rather long though. :/

3. Nicely done … the ex is over the top for me … like an annoying mosquito that won’t go away, but at least there was no nasty dramatics in trying to get Matsuya to leave with him … thank god for that.

   I really like all the different age groups interacting with each other … there is a lot to learn and appreciate from all of them.
