Kokdu: Season of Deity (2023)

Kkok Doo (Kim Jong Hyun) is a high-ranking grim reaper who is the only being to exist in the underworld. Every 99 years he must take a break from his work in the underworld and spend 49 days in the mortal world to kill bad people who he thinks deserve to die.

This time, he finds himself in the human body of Do Jin Woo, a professor of surgery at a hospital.There he meets Han Kye Chul (Im Soo Hyang), a female doctor with the mysterious ability to order him around.
